KOSTROMA, Mar 13 (PRIME) -- Russia is not expected to face an economic recession in 2020, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said on Friday.
“No, we have other estimates,” he said.
The Audit Chamber’s head Alexei Kudrin said on Thursday that Russia’s economic growth will be around zero in 2020 given the current oil prices, while the budget will lose 3 trillion rubles.
